1) Age Requirement (Important)

New World is a social media application intended ONLY for users who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Users under the age of 18 are NOT allowed to use this App.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

  • If we discover that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended or deleted and associated data removed.

A. Account & Identity Information

  • Email address (if you sign up with email)

  • Firebase Authentication user ID

  • Basic account metadata for security and authentication

B. Profile Information (Optional)

  • Username or display name

  • Profile photo

  • Bio or other profile details

C. User-Generated Content

  • Posts, captions, photos, and videos

  • Comments, likes, reactions

  • Direct messages and group chats

  • Reports, blocking, and moderation actions

D. App Usage & Technical Data

  • App interaction data for performance improvement

  • Crash and error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)

  • Device ID and other unique identifiers

E. Financial & Payment Information

  • Purchases (Buying Coins): We do not collect or store your credit card numbers. All purchases of virtual currency ("Coins") are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We only store a record of the transaction (Purchase ID, Date, Amount) to verify your balance.

  • Payouts (Creator Earnings): If you participate in our Monetization Program and reach the payout threshold (e.g., $100), we collect your Bank Account Details (such as IBAN, Account Number, or Payment Method details) solely for the purpose of transferring your earnings to you. This data is stored securely and is not shared publicly.

F. Advertising Data

  • Advertising ID (AD_ID): We collect your device’s Advertising ID to serve personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.

  • Ad Interactions: Data regarding how you interact with ads (e.g., clicks, views).

3) How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage user accounts

  • To provide social media features such as posts, feed, and chat

  • To process virtual currency purchases via Google Play

  • To process payouts to creators who meet monetization criteria

  • To display third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob)

  • To improve performance, security, and reliability

  • To prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations

  • To respond to support requests

4) Data Storage & Services Used

We use third-party services to store and process data, including:

  • Google Firebase: For authentication, database, and storage.

  • Google AdMob: To serve advertisements.

  • Google Play Services: To handle in-app purchases and billing.

Data is stored and processed using Google’s secure infrastructure.

5) Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share information only:

  • With Service Providers: Specifically Google Firebase (for hosting) and Google AdMob (for advertising).

  • For Legal Reasons: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

  • For Safety: To protect the safety, rights, or security of users or the App.

6) Advertising (Google AdMob)

This App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may use the advertising identifier from your device (Android Advertising ID) to show ads that are relevant to your interests.

  • You can control personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID).

7) Content Visibility

  • Profiles and posts may be visible to other users.

  • Messages are visible only to chat participants.

  • Uploaded media may appear in feeds or profiles.

  • Deleted content is removed where supported, though temporary backups may exist for security purposes.

8) Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the App, comply with legal obligations, and enforce safety rules.

  • Financial Records: Transaction history is retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

  • Underage Accounts: Accounts identified as underage will be removed immediately upon detection.

9) User Rights & Controls

  • Edit or update profile information.

  • Delete your own posts (where supported).

  • Block other users.

  • Payout Data: You may update your bank details for payouts via the settings menu (changes apply to future payments only).

  • Account Deletion: To request full account deletion, contact us using the email addresses below.

10) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive financial information. However, no system is completely secure.
